How It Works
What happens between your message and your part
Importing isn't magic, and it isn't a shady process either. It's five stages with concrete timelines. We explain all of them, including the one that can run late.
- 01
Same day or 24 h
Quote
You send us the brand, model, year, and the part. We find the correct part number and send back a final price with shipping, processing, and taxes already calculated. If there are two options (an OEM and an aftermarket one, for example), we send both with the difference explained.
- 02
Whenever you decide
Confirmation & Deposit
You confirm and make the deposit. That reserves your part in the purchase order for the next shipment. This is the point where we commit to the price: before this, it's a quote, not a charge.
- 03
2 to 5 business days
Purchase & Consolidation
We buy from the distributor in the United States and the part arrives at our Miami warehouse. There it's consolidated with the rest of that period's orders. Consolidating is what keeps freight from costing more than the part itself.
- 04
5 to 10 business days
Shipping & Customs Processing
The shipment heads to your country and clears customs locally. This is the leg we control the least and that varies the most from one country to another. We let you know when it ships and when it arrives, without you having to ask.
- 05
1 to 3 business days
Domestic Delivery
You pay the balance and we ship by courier straight to your address, whether it's the capital or a smaller city, with a tracking number.
A realistic total timeline
Between 7 and 20 business days from confirmation, depending on your country. Bulky parts like full exhausts, forks, or plastic kits tend toward the high end of their zone. If someone promises five days, or claims to already have the part in your country, they're either lying or selling something else.
Where we deliver
All of Latin America and the Caribbean
The timeline depends on the shipping route and each country's customs process. These are the three zones we work with and the real time each one takes.

What makes up the price we quote you
The quote arrives as a single number, but it's made up of this. If you want the breakdown of your order, just ask and we'll send it.
- Product value
- Distributor price in the United States.
- International freight
- Split across every order in the shipment. That's why we consolidate.
- Taxes & import duties
- Calculated on the declared value, per your country's rules. Varies quite a bit by destination.
- Local delivery
- Courier to your address in your country, with tracking.
- AGR service fee
- Sourcing, fitment verification, purchasing, and management.
Ready to start?
A quote doesn't commit you to anything. Send us your bike's details and the part, and we'll send back a number.
