Frequently Asked Questions
If your question isn't here, write to us and we'll answer it. We'll add it to this page afterward.
How long does a motocross parts import take?
It depends on your country. Central America and the Caribbean: 7 to 12 business days. Mexico and the Andean region: 10 to 15. The Southern Cone: 12 to 20. The timeline starts once you confirm the order and covers the U.S. purchase, consolidation, and delivery. Bulky parts like full exhausts, forks, or plastic kits tend toward the higher end. When we quote, we give you a written estimate for your country, not a vague promise.
Do prices include taxes and delivery?
The quote you receive is the final price delivered in your country: product, international shipping, customs processing, and import taxes already calculated for your destination. If anything changes between the quote and the purchase, we tell you before charging, never after.
How do I know the part fits my bike?
We need three things: the exact brand, model, and year of your bike. With that, we verify the part number in the manufacturer catalog before buying. If a part arrives that doesn't fit due to a verification error on our part, we replace it at no cost.
Are the parts original or generic?
We work with professional aftermarket brands (FMF, Vertex, Renthal, Twin Air, Hinson, among others) and with factory OEM parts. In every quote we tell you explicitly which one you're buying, with the part number. We never sell a replica as if it were original.
Are customs taxes the same in every country?
No. Each country applies its own tariff, its own value-added tax, and its own tax-exempt minimum. That's why the same part can cost differently delivered in Lima than in Santiago or Panama City. We calculate the total according to your destination's rules and include it in the quote up front, so there's no surprise at customs.
What parts can you get?
Anything that exists in the U.S. motocross and enduro market. We don't work with stock or a warehouse: everything is imported to order, so we're not limited to a closed catalog. If you have the part number, send it on WhatsApp. If you don't, send us a photo of the part and your bike's details, and we'll find it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Local bank transfer in several countries in the region, U.S. bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, credit and debit cards, and remittances via Western Union or Remitly. Details and processing times for each method are on the payment methods page.
How does payment work? Is everything paid upfront?
For import orders, we work with a deposit when you confirm and the balance once the part is at destination and ready for delivery. For products already in stock, payment is on delivery or prior to domestic dispatch.
What happens if the part arrives damaged or defective?
Document the damage with photos as soon as you receive the package, without fully opening it if the packaging looks damaged, and message us the same day. We handle the claim with the supplier or the courier. Manufacturing defects are resolved under each brand's warranty, which we tell you about before you buy.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all of Latin America and the Caribbean: Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and the main Caribbean islands. All shipments go by courier with tracking straight to your address, including cities outside the capital. Delivery cost is included in the quote.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for shops and teams?
Yes. If you're a workshop, shop, or racing team buying volume, message us on WhatsApp with your line of business and the type of part you move most often. We offer different terms for recurring orders.
